My roomate gets an error every time he boots up his computer. Doesn't matter if you go into safe mode or not, he still recieves an "UNMOUNTABLE_COUNT_VOLUMN" error. I do not know how to fix this. I do know that I cant get to bios or into windows itself. This started happening when his floppy drive stopped working so he stuck his hand in the drive to pull out the disk, I dont know if that could of shorted something. I have gone into the computer and unplugged the floppy drive to see if that was faulty but I still get the same blue screen. Any ideas?
