Ok, this is what we have to do. The way the contract reads is: The company is matching your contributions at the rate of 25% of the 6" that you contribute.

How would the formula go to calculate the company match amount?
 
i think i finally got it. :D

the formula seems to be:
=IF(0.25*E4>0.06*F4,0.06*E4,0.25*H4)
