How do you block a specific inbound number (sales calls) and route to an announcement on a CM2.2?
 
do you have EC500 enabled on your switch, if yes let us know and we can provide the instructions.

Eatlogs solution will work if the number calling you is calling a number that is processed via vdns and vectors. If the number calling you is dialling your DID block of numbers then this solution will not work.
 
This is how you fix your issue.

Create an xmobile station like this:

Cell Phone Number: 'ANI NUMBER'
Mapping Mode: origination

AND create a COR with this:

Calling Party Restriction: origination
