Our company uses LogMeIn to help our clients with computer issues. The problem is that we might have some users that abuse LogMeIn by remoting from the outside (their home)to our company and who knows what they are doing. Is their any way to block LogMeIn coming in , but not going out through the PIX firewall. I know it uses port 80 and 443, unfortunately I cannot block those ports because it is needed.

Thanks in advance

they are my IT users, yes they have logmein ID's

The hard part is that you have to allow this for user assistance. Does logmein have any type of accounting for user activity such as log in times etc.. As simple as it sounds an email reminding your team to use it for user assistance only wouldnt hurt. I would think you need to control access through the logmein application.

lets see if this can be done easier, can the pix restrict
hosts on the inside interface from accessing the logmein website on the outside interface
