Is you have one of the newer ACD Intellicenters you can route calls based on Ani. The call would have to be presented to an ACD Pilot that then had the ANI table configured, you could then route based on that ANI to busy tone, disconnect, etc.....
There was also a software module required in display soft. It was possible to have the new intellicenter, but if your dealer didn't sell you the extra cost software ANI routing still didn't work. If you need the module name I can track it down for you.
