Blocking Firewall - Result of STUN

Setting up SIP with Flowroute
Running IPO 7.0(36)
Opened ports
UDP 5060
UDP 49152-53246
on firewall.
RTP range on System\LAN2\VOIP tab left at default
49152 to 53246
Default route created to router gateway IP address
Each time STUN is run, get "Blocking Firewall" result.
To take firewall out of picture, assigned an unused static IP to LAN2 of IPO.
Connected LAN2 directly to Comcast router.
Updated router gateway address in default route.
Even with IPO directly connected to it's own static IP, still get "Blocking Firewall"

Any insight would be appreciated.

It's interesting that even after a month of trying to solve this problem, that an apparent solution shows up immediately after making a post. After substituting a public stun server address in place of the address that was supplied, got "Open Internet" stun result. Moved network connection back to private address and got "Full Cone NAT" result.

So did you solve your problem or do you still need help?
If you are in fact behind a firewall, we need to know what the make and model is.

And it would also be helpful to know -- are you having a problem with Flowroute? If so, what is the problem?

it generally means the STUN server is offline. Are you using a public STUN server?

Thanks for your responses. Yes, I did get Flowroute working. I had spent many, many hours being stuck with the Flowroute installation process as a result of not being able to get beyond the "blocking firewall" STUN result using the STUN server address that I was supplied with. Upon getting a positive STUN result using a public STUN server, the installation process proceeded and Flowroute is working.
