Blocking Email From Specific Countries

Is there an easy way to block incoming email from specific countries at the Exchange level? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!!

It is usually simplest to use your anti spam product to do this.

Outlook will let you do it for individual work stations, so I assumed and was hoping that Exchange had a similar feature.

Use the connection filtering and a "carefully" selected DNSBL list for that country. It will block the email at the connection / server level before it comes in.
