one of my customers is a small mountain resort who has an IP Office. Lately they have been getting crank calls. I have been able to track any yet, but I am going to try to convince them to install Chronicall as a start. Does anyone have suggestions on how to block unknown callers that don't show up with caller ID? or route them to a greeting? Right now they are on analog lines. We can't switch to SIP until the new internet is installed in January.
