Blocking collect calls in R2 trunk (IPO500 R5.0)

Hi,
I want to block collect calls in a R2 trunk. I've changed the options on both the users and trunks forms but is not working.
Anyone has a trick for helping me?

O.K. I give. What did you do exactly on the user and trunk form?

In the users form,I uncheck the option "Can Accept Collect".
In the trunk form,I change the parameter "BCC" in the "advanced - line signaling timers".

CarGoSki, in the Manager put the IPO on "Brazilian" and you'll see.

Sorry dpeixoto, I think you need to contact AVAYA or your BP. The most on here are US or EMEA. I'm Dutch so that wouldn't help at all..

On how much is the "Flash Pulse Width" set to?

Try 500ms that's default....you could try to lower/higher it.

Sorry use 50 i think it's a bug, in the manual it says 100=1000ms and default it shows 500 so that would be 5000ms wich is way to long. So try 50 instead.

OK Bas1234, I'll try.
Today I have 2 links E1/R2, one of them is 1000ms in "BCC" field and other is 5000ms in the same field.
The 2 links are accepting collect calls today.
