rls. 25.40 option 61C: how can I block my office's telephone number from showing up on far-end's caller ID on a per-call basis? thanks.

There's a Flexible Feature Code for that in LD 57. CPP? For external calls, it should be *67 and the unblock should be *82. (For pulse-dial 1167 and 1182) For internal, I'm not exactly sure how you'd do it per call. Perhaps there's a feature for that as well?

My switch doesn't have an FFC block built. I'm going to try creating the FFC block and use *67 for CPP (I will check to make sure that's the right mnemonic). thanks, Archibald.

Okay, I built an FFC code *67 for CPP and dialed my cell phone from my office phone (of course, using *67 first) and my office's CLID still showed on my cell phone. I checked the other FFC mnemonics and none of them seem like they're for blocking my outbound caller ID. Any other suggestions? thanks.

good question. I never thought of that. I think the CO is, which I guess means I can't block it, right?
