if someone has their caller ID blocked or does a *67 to block it, I want the call to go to an announcement.

you'll need symposium to do that, normal switch routing does not route on inbound clid. maybe in rls 5

Any way to reject it back to the telco?

How does, Symposium work? We don't have it but will purchase it if it does what we want.

probably too expensive just to block blocked numbers. It's a call center app. Maybe the telco can block them from coming in.

How much? $$ isn't that important. Can it do it? How does it work? Is it connected via Lan like OTM? We have an ACD queue here also, maybe we could get some dual functionality out of it.
