Has anyone ever found a way to block (withhold) outgoing caller id. I have tried the 'NW' after the number and like I have read elsewhere it seems to send through the extension number instead of no number.

We are on Version 3.1(29) I think - 3.1 for sure
If V3.1.29 then upgrade to the latest General release
W does correctly withold CLI, Monitor trace indicates that the extn number is sent to line but provided the telco respects the Withold CLI flag in setup msg this is not an issue.
alternativly you could just isert the Withold CLI code informt of the telephone number dialed

TN 141N <141 is the uk code to withold CLI, change as req.)
