Blocking access to Inbox

Does anyone know where I can locate information on blocking access to an 'Inbox'? We are using SBS 2000 with Outlook 2002 clients.

We must be able to see each others calendars, however that seems to always share the inbox too. I wish to block access to the managers inbox without blocking access to the calendar.

You should enable sharing in Outlook, not the server, on a user per user basis.
