I have 3 locations in my CM/ARS table. I need to be able to block several agents from 1 of my locations from being able to dial to certain area codes. I was thinking that I could change the COR on these set of agents and update the Time of Day table for the Cor and do something in the Partition tables and ARS tables. Not sure if that would be the process and if so what do I need to actually do. All help is appreciated.

if you're not on partition routing already, it'd be a pain to put it in for this slim case

If they have location based ARS, could you not bump up the FRL in the route for that NPA and make sure everyone has that FRL in their COR except the few agents?

How much numbering are you trying to restrict from how many people overall? Figure out what's easier to play with.

It’s about 25 agents out of 100 in this location I need to block. Also it’s about 40 to 50 area codes across several states that need to be blocked.

You might be able to use toll restriction and put that in the COR for those agents. I'm not well versed enough to explain or understand it but it exists in my switch to restrict what agents can dial.

What's wrong with making those 50 NPAs use another route with a higher FRL and having 2 CORs?

I guess the only thing might be if some of the 25 agents, but not all, need to call international, and some but not all of the 75 do as well, and those 40-50 NPAs can't be FRL 7 if you want people to call some international but not those 50 NPAs. Then you'd have a good case for partition routing.
