I have a person who needs a certain number blocked from calling in or routed to another station or voice mail. I have never heard this done before. Can this be done from the M1 side, if so how do you do it?

Thanks,
Jeff

YES IT CAN BUT SYMPOSIUM IS REQUIRED TO DO IT, OTHER THAN THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO HAVE TELCO BLOCK THE NUMBER

find the caller and break his dialing finger. no not in the switch, symposium will route on anything. very powerful script software. breaking fingers is cheaper. i had a x hubby calling a user recently, the problem was solved, when she heard his voice she just did a xfr to 911.. (she didn't want me to break his finger)...sometimes we must play well with others...i hate that
