I have a customer that has an IT group that wants the group number to show up when they make internal calls to other extensions. Is this possible. I tried Bridged Appearance and it sort of works until the other party answers, it shows connected to the extension that made the call, not the bridged appearance extension number. The customer wants to do this so that return calls get distributed evenly among the group members. Thoughts?

Performance management is the feature to use here unfortunately.

Indeed, the system wasn't designed to allow deception, it gives the actual info as and when required :)

There's only ugly solutions, they can make external calls to their own system.

Haven't tried if calling through a VM Modules would show what's set in the Transfer action.
