I have a multi-tenant system, all runs pretty smooth but lately one customer (ext 75xx) says that when they answer and then transfer using a USER button some of the calls go to another tenants extensions (ext 73xx), the other tenant has confirmed this, I can't see how this would happen, I have verified all button programming is correct, is there a way to block an extension range from calling another? Thanks!

No you can't other than having DND on all the time with exceptions, but that doesn't work well with DDI's etc.
I imagine it's going to the wrong place when they in fact don't use the user buttons, have an SSAog running so you can catch them at it next time it happens and play it back to them :-)
