I have a customer who is running IPO 500v2 rel8 with Voicemail Pro. ISDN30e lines (BT). 9500 series phones.
They want to block CLI information from displaying on the extension users phone & Phone Manager so the user cant work out who the caller is. At least until the handset is picked up.
All incoming calls route through a call flow within VMPro.

They cant block the incoming CLI via the service provider (BT) as they want to pick up that information within their call logging software.
COLP wont work as they want some users to have ringing call info.

Is there a shortcode build for this ?

Any ideas how this can be done ?

Thanks

With phonemanager your option are very limited.
You could use loop back trunks.
Send the call out of a S0 port and back in on a ISDN port.
You then can send anything you like from the ARS.
It will cost you a couple of BRI ports though.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

as peter said really or route the call in and back out via a virtual users that redials a DDI and withholds the CLI or simply presents the companies main number.

Make the phones auto answer and don't give them a choice to ignore calls
