you will need to install IIS thru add/remove programs-add/remove windows components. once done with that you will get an icon in administrative tools called Internet Services Manager. in there is where you will find listings for ftp/http and so on. right click on Default FTP Server and go to properties. goto the Security Accounts tab and at the top, uncheck Allow Anonymous Connections.
now you will have to setup accounts for all those whom you want to have access to your ftp in computer management (also in administrative tools).
