blind transfer in CCR

I have my tree working ok, except one of the blind transfers to an extension needs to ring at 3 extensions so someone can answer it. Is there a way to do it?

If you have MICS 4.0 software you can use a hunt group in broadcast mode and transfer to the hunt group. I do not think there is a way on the earlier software versions.

You would have to have 3 digit DN's to be able to access hunt groups. JerryReeve

thanks for the quick reply. I am new to the phone thing. I do know that we have 3 digit DN's, but I dont know what version MICS 4.0 software I have, how can I tell?

I did look in my manuals and dont see any mention of "hunt group" or "broadcast mode".

The other idea I had was to put the 4 phones in a group and have the other phones answer using group pickup when they hear the 'transfered to' extension ring. The only problem is they cant hear the 'transfered to' extension ring. Is there a way to wire a light into the other room so they know when to do a group pickup?
