BLF on a DSS key

Howdy,

Relatively new IP Office system. DSS keys are programed for each user which gives call status but no indication of whether or not they are on DND. I know the phonemanager will indicate this but they dont want it, they want it to show on the phone like their old system did. Any way to do this?

This is a feature request that has yet to be addressed by Avaya. We keep being told that "it's on the drawing board". Right now Avaya is too busy fixing bugs and has delayed most feature requests until they feel the platform is stable.

Shame on Avaya, that would seem a pretty basic feature. I passed this along to the boss and it really felt good to hear "well our old system did this just fine" and it being a 16 year old worn out tired and broken Telrad system...
