Hi,

I found a picture slide show that has some nice features, however, I would prefer if it had a blend effect between images rather than a transition effect.

I've had a go at adjusting the code and I just seem to be making things go from bad to worse.

Would someone let me know if its an easy thing to update, and if it is what I would do to change it.

The URL to the example site is:

Thanks,

Richard

Thanks Kaht, I'd seen these before though. None seemed to have all of the features that I wanted i.e. manual or automatic, pick your starting point, any size image etc.

The one I had listed had all and a few extras. The only thing missing was the fade/blend effect rather than a transition effect, so I was hoping/thinking this would be an easy one to change and get exactly the way I wanted it.

So just take the portion of code from dynamic drive that does the fade effect and put it into the script you want to use. Should be pretty close to a copy/paste job - just switching the relevant variable names.

(and best to give credit to the author from dynamic drive for whatever you nab from them by putting a comment in your source code)
