Blank Sheets in multiple copys

Ok im running a win2k server which runs all the print jobs, i have 2 clients 1 uses win2000 pro and the other windows XP pro and both print to Laserjet 6ps both on diff Qs, the problem is no matter what they print if there is 2 pages there will always be a blank sheet inbetween, ive checked drivers and seperator page and all other things i can think of but nothing makes any diff, if i print from a windows 98 PC its fine ?????

any one help ?

Are the setting of the printer defaults ok? Set to A4 and not to letter or so? Are the files within the margins?

thanks i have made sure all that was set ok before, but ive just cracked it, for both win2k xp pro to print ok i had to choose laserjet 6L and all other systems 98 95 seem fine now.

weird is that. Still unsure its correct because other floors are ok.
