Blank Lines

I have a table that contains data people inputed. Some people didn't answer the question. When I run my report there is a blank space where no answer exists. I have set the property of the box to Yes on Can Shrink and did the same for the Detail Header. Blank lines still exist - what am I missing. Btw my column with the data is named Activity 2 - do I need to set a condition or formula? Please help.

I spoke too soon on the last part - I figured out how to change the source...Thanks again...I'm truly a newbie!

20 messages in this thread. I was just wondering how many it might have taken if we knew "(since this info was imported from excel into access)" early on.

I realize it is difficult to know how much information is just fluff or too much information but when we clearly are asking about the values, it is fairly significant to understand that they were not keyed in on a form or table but actually came from an external source.
