Blackberry for Exchange & Outlook Rules

I have a setup with Blackberry for Exchange running. I particular end user has created some client-side rules to move mail from a sender to a specific folder. The problem is that now he no longer gets those messages on his Blackberry. I have disabled the rules but there must be a way to use rules with Blackberry for Exchange?

You will have to select the additonal folders to be redirected. This can be done on the BES server or on the Blackberry desktop manager application.

Or you can set the device to display FILED messages:

Messages OPTIONS > General Options > Hide Filed Messages = NO

Client side rules will only work when Outlook is running. Have him change them to server side.
