Blackberry development

Can anyone recommend a solution that would allow me to develop forms on the Blackberry device that will allowing submitting the data to a web address? We've already tried the WolfeTech Sigma solution, but it is only a web browser, we need something a little more functional on the client. I would prefer that I could use my existing knowledge of Microsoft VBA language. Any help would be appreciated.

I have had this demo'd and it look really good. Not actually using it in anger at the moment
