BIOS upgrade help

Hello,
I am trying to upgrade the BIOS on a Compaq EN Series machine so that I can upgrade from W98SE to W2000. I can't find the place on the Compaq website that will provide the BIOS upgrade. I know that the current BIOS date is 2/10/99 and I think the System ROM Family is 686T3. Any help would be much appreciated.
