Bios Problems

I Have a computer running american megatrends bios,is there any sites dedcaded to the adjustments of the bios.Have a 1gig pentium 3 running very slow and unstable,caught son readjusting settings and now very slow.

please help

Have you tried simply restoring the defaults? Just open the BIOS and select the option to restore them.

And the BIOS Default settings are slower than the Setup Default settings [or Optimum].
