binaryread and loadfromfile methods

Hi All, I'm normally an asp developer and I need to convert a script to coldfusion. I'm stuck because the asp script uses the adostream object for the loadfromfile, and binaryread methods.. I can't find any way to do the equivelent in Coldfusion..

Any ideas?

Rather than assuming we are all ASP developers and know exactly how these functions work, how about you explain in detail exactly what you need to accomplish and then we can tell you how to do it?
