I have installed policies on a NT4 network, workstations running ME and Office 2k to stop the kids accessing local drives or browsing the network, but they get round this by creaing hyperlinks in word/excel, even though I have disabled insert hyperlink and turned off autoformat, they just turn that back on type a web address then they can edit the hyperlink and change it to drive c:\\ and delete, edit browse the local machine is there anyway of removing the all hyperlink ability from the registry or policies

Well, you COULD take the autocorrect option off the menu.
Have you thought of that? Or do you need it for other things?

I would take it off but do not know how to do it so it is permanent, customize does not allow you to edit the functions
