Bianca Brick router lost internet connection

We have a Bianca Brick - XL2 router which was previously configured for internet access, I have checked entries on the router, which still appear to be there. When I ping the ISP logged on to the router, I do not get a response.

Could you please advise as to what other settings on the router we could check.
