I know the concensus is that frames are evil, but I think in my case using them may end being my only option. Im working on the site: ( and am stumped because when I made my page using photoshop and image-ready I did not know that it saved the whole thing as one table. Now when I start adding things to the background area I quickly run out of space! So I need to know how to make a scrollable content are inside on top of my background area, or how to insert a frame into the already existing table that I have. Anything would be helpful at this point! Thanks!

tables, frames? Why not go the compliant route, and use DIV's and CSS.

DIV's have a handy little attribute called overflow. if you set it to scroll, you get a scrollable area.

I would look into CSS tutorials.

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.

CSS and DIVS is the way to go now... easier to update code in one place rather than in font tags on separate pages.

w3schools.com is a good site to start learning too...
