Best WIRELESS ROUTER & ACCESS POINT with good RANGE/ SPEED ?

We are planning to setup wi-fi in a conference room which is around 32,000 sq.ft to run our internal application which is on a server.

There are will be around 100 users using the application.

So what are best WIRELESS ROUTERS AND ACCESS POINTS I CAN USE
which are good at RANGE/SPEED/RELIABLE. (industrial strength).

We will not be using this setup to acess internet, only will be accessing an internal web application.

Can't go wrong with cisco if the budget stretches.....

Perhaps you could look at yagi ariels?
