Best way to make reports?

I have an Access 2000 database that maintains an average of 80 records. A record can take up about a page but most take up about half a page and all the records output on a web page can take up 40 web pages so there must be a better way to output report of all my records and make them print friendly. I am using MX 6.1

I can show reports using MX with Word or Excel but I think I need advise on formatting them better. Any advise. I assume I cant do pdf reports because that only available in MX 7.0?

Please give advise on report outputs and printer friendly outputs using anything you can recommend.

look into using CSS to insert page breaks. it isn't 100% supported but check it out.
