I have a 800 number that I need to route to 1 extension for 3-4 rings then ring at 2 extensions simutaniously for 3-4 rings then back to the first extensions CallPilot voicemail box. I programmed the extra extension numbers on the phones but I wanted to see if there was a better way to route the caller. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

This will be easier if you create a "MARP TN" for the DN the toll free rings on. This because you need to treat the DN for the toll free "different" than the users other DNs. One thing you'll want to consider is setting a long number of rings
I would add a series of DNs to each of the phones, then set "Delayed Ring" on the phones that you define as the backup phones.

Delayed ring is a "timer" that turns non-ringing DNs into Ringing DNs after they have rang a predetermined number of rings. Set the DNDR value on the TN. Look that one up in LD 11 of the Admin books:
The end result will be that the call stays on the same DN, yet all of the phones can answer it.... until it FDNs to voice mail.

another opion would be to put in on set one as an scr key and put it on set two and three as an scn key with delayed ringing option set for 12 (roughly for rings) the only problem that may happen is if sets have voicemail it may huntor fdn to voiemail before the other phones start ringing.
