Best Practices with Avaya Communicator for Windows 1

Hi!

We need to know what the best practices are using Avaya Communicator for Windows 2.0.3.30 with Avaya IPO Server Edition.
We have several Agents with ACW, but I can't find docs about this version, I know that this version is only used in IPO, but I can't find docs about this version in Support page.
We have saveral problems with this, because although the PCs adhere with Avaya recommendations (like RAM, Pocessor, etc) sometimes when a call arrives the PC is freezed, and the only solutions is a reboot.
Actually I don't know if is possible to add QoS in a PC with ACW.


Any suggestion will be grateful
 
Use the 2.0.3.55. There are loads of weird issues in earlier versions.
 
Thank you IPOLackey, recently I tried with this version, but there are several problems in the .55 version.
For example, if the PC with the account active lost connection to the Primary Server,the ACW stay in mode "The primary server is Unreachable" and no is possible to modify some parameters to initiate session with another account or modify IP Parameters in the configuration. This is a big problem because Agents doesn´t have knowledge about basic tshoot in networking or PC (Sales area)

Another advice?
