When Formating a HardDrive what is the best Cluster size?

What is the difference in speed, performance & storing from the smallest to the largest cluster size.

It depends upon the average file size. If you are planning to create mirror disks or to use 3. part disk utilities, the default size may be the best.

If you are staying with FAT32, you won't have the choice of size. If you use NTFS you can usually specify the size. I use the 4096 Byte [4KB] size as a 'happy medium', but you probably could get down to 512 Byte with NTFS.
