Best Book for Outlook programming

Can anyone recommend the best book for learning to program MS outlook.

I am quite confident with VBA already but programming outlook is quite new to me.

I keep coming across, the book sold at: outlookcode.com

That book is a definate must-have for anyone programming in Outlook. I frequently visit that site and probably 99% of the questions posed in the forums can be answered using that book.

Will the book teach me how to deploy the forms to multiple users accross a network etc? Set the forms as the default? Make the forms accessible from within outher apps such as access? etc.
