BES Server "lost" all users in directory

My BES server 3.6 is working, I'm getting mail on the BB, but the user list does not show under my server name. I've lost it. Users are getting mail. Where can I retrieve the users list back in? The server icon is yellow in my menu. Any ideas anyone?

We had that happen when something went wrong with the SQL database. Call your vendor for assistance, they should be able to walk you through the steps to fix it (or escalate to someone that can). I didn't do the repair on ours, so I can't tell you what it was we did.
