Beginner HOWTO: Add shortcut to all desktops

I am a Citrix admin newbie. All my installs so far have automatically put a shortcut on all client desktops. I now have one that did not. How do I put a shortcut on all clients? TIA.

You should be able to place the short-cut under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop.
