Hi all,
New to this forum so please excuse my ignorance, if I have placed this in the wrong place please do correct me.
I use Avaya One-x attendant version: 3.06.001.000 and we have a user who is having issues with her console. It is beeping sporadically, not when there is a call or when one is waiting. It appears to be random and cannot be heard by whomever you are on a call with but can continue into taking a call. I also just beeps randomly when the user is in available but inactive.
It is only happening for one user who shares her desktop with another colleague, but the issue is localised to just her user log in for Avaya.
We have tried changing headset, 'Plantronics' attachment, tried getting her to log in to another computer. Nothing seems to work, I'm not sure if it is her Avaya console or the user log in for windows. has anyone experienced this or would anyone know why this could be. It has our IT guys stumped.
