Hi,

when creating IDR bootable CDR on the Servers(w2k Server) of my 2nd Domain, I'm getting following error message on the "Select Computers to protect" Screen:

Error opening Registry Key "Hardware\Devicemap\SCSI" on "\\<mydomaincontroller>". Acces is denied.

We use different Logon Accounts for each Domain with enough rights. In the first domain I have no problems with creating IDR bootable CDR's.

There is no problem backing up the servers of my 2nd domain, so I think its not a permission problem.

I tried several Login Accounts (Domain Admin etc.). In Veritas and MS KB I found nothing that fit.

Thanks for your help

Regards Michel
