We have installed BE8.6 on an NT Platform, the backup has been working fine. I have recently installed Exchange Agent, when I add the mail server ion for backup it does not even start it gets stuck pre-processing. It is the Exchange Agent causing the problem. When I ran the mail backup separately from the normal backup it did actually start and backed up the Exchange Directory then got stuck backing up the Information Store??? I cannot seem to work out what the problem is backing up the mail??
