BE v8.6 BAckup Jobs get stuck in Pre-Processing state. 1

We are using Backup Exec v8.6. Lately the backup jobs when started just go from "Loading Media" to "Pre-Processing" and gets stuck there. There are no commands or scripts etc that we run before running the backup. But it still gets stuck.

Any lights anyone !!

DId you end up finding a solution for this problem? I am running into this as well.

Check your alerts tab. Are you running OFO?

Thank you for your response. There aren't any alerts. I'm not running OFO.

Now this only happens on a specific drive - The root of the server running BE.

If i try to back this drive up along with other servers it just hangs in the "running" stage when it comes to this drive. If i start a backup with this drive, it hangs in pre-processing.
