BE to MYsql

I am looking into converting my access BE to MYSql. What recomendations or problems did anyone run into... Also I have not installed MYSql on the server yet. (running win 2000 server) what problems might I have with that?

the language is similar, but there are plenty of differences

it's sort of like the difference between american english and british english -- both are english but sometimes the words of one make absolutely no sense to a user of the other

you will have to look at each and ever query in painful detail
