BE 7.3 Alert Server (Services stop for no reason)

I got this problem. Notification is set up, but when I run my backup at night, my BE 7.x Alert Server stops. It does not affect my backup, but I am not receiving my notifications (failed, successful, operation attention, etc). I will check the BE log and see that that backup was successful, so no problems there. Work around is to manually restart this service.

Any one have similar issue?
