be 10 first full back up - "image used"

hello
just did my first full backup last nite
Looking thru the report i see the following for all resources backed up
Agent used/Advanced file option ised/Image used

for image used, they all say "NO"
now, i'm just getting familiar with BE10 so, what exactly does that mean? what image?
Also, do i need to include the Backup Exec AOFO store in my backup?

It's an option you don't have - though I thought they got rid of Intelligent Image option in 10 - anyways.. don't worry too much about it.

And no you don't include backup exec AOFO store in the the backup - I actually think there is a hard coded exclusion of it anyway.

Actually last nite i ran another full backup
and those "image used - NO" lines are all gone
apparently, it refers to MS software shadow copy images
The required service(s) must not have been running monday nite. Same selecton list yielded about 15 Gigs more backed up
