I was installing a servicepack in Great Plains and got an error "An error occurred while using the BCP Utility..."

I followed the steps from Microsoft knowedge article.

Now, SQL Server won't even start and I'm at a loss. The network guy thinks I did something. I'm on hold right now with Microsoft as I type. It's a long weekend and I can't leave until this is fixed.

helP? please?

Thanks!
Barb E.

What is the error in the SQL error log?

(Not quite so old any more.)

Finally got off hold with MS and determined it was a permissions error with restarting SQL. Ah well what's a little more Overtime.

Thanks!
