I have a customer who upgraded their BCMS-vu app. One of the managers who pulls the reports claims that the numbers for the monthly VDN reports are way off. She states (no documentation to back up the history) that the monthly report used to show about 15,000 calls to her "members" vdn on a monthly basis. Now with the upgraded BCMS-vu the report shows 11,000. HAs anyone experienced this with their BCMS-vu?
