I am trying to not count abandoned calls under 5 seconds on my BCMS Vu reports. Avaya said to set my "System-Parmameters features" BCMS/VuStats Abandon Call Timer to 5 seconds yet I still see <5 seconds abandoned calls on my BCMS Vu Abandoned Calls Split/Skill Interval Report. If I am reading the feature description correctly,(see below), talk time <5 seconds is now counted as abandoned. Is there a way to not count any call under 5 seconds?
(BCMS Vu Abandoned Call Timer description: Specifies the number of seconds before calls are considered abandoned. Calls with talk time that is less than this number (and that are not held) are tracked by BCMS and displayed by VuStats as ABAND calls. Valid entries - Usage 1–10)
